At Periwinkle Lake fish care and a natural underwater environment is top priority. To help achieve this we have controlled weed in the lake which pumps in oxygen and is full of natural food for carp to eat. The carp love weed because not only does it offer an abundance of aquatic invertebrates they can also find cover and sanctuary, as a result the stock at Periwinkle Lake are thriving and growing well. To catch these big carp in a lake full of features anglers will require time, patience and skill.
