Booking
Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- A contract will come into existence when your deposit is received, and a booking confirmation has been issued showing your confirmed holiday dates.
- The contact binds the lead booker and all members of the party who are part of the booking. It is the lead bookers responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contact set out in these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of your booking.
- Your booking is reserved and the price is guaranteed from the point we have received your deposit and issued you with booking confirmation.
- A deposit of £300 by bank transfer is required to secure your booking, this deposit is non refundable.
- The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as a cancellation with no refund of your deposit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your arrival date must be paid in full.
- Cancellation fees
- More than 8 weeks £300 deposit
- Within 8 weeks the full holiday cost
- Any cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation.
- We will require the names of all guests and contact details of the lead booker.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving reason.
