Booking

Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. A contract will come into existence when your deposit is received, and a booking confirmation has been issued showing your confirmed holiday dates.
  2. The contact binds the lead booker and all members of the party who are part of the booking. It is the lead bookers responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contact set out in these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of your booking.
  3. Your booking is reserved and the price is guaranteed from the point we have received your deposit and issued you with booking confirmation.
  4. A deposit of £300 by bank transfer is required to secure your booking, this deposit is non refundable.
  5. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as a cancellation with no refund of your deposit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your arrival date must be paid in full.
  6. Cancellation fees
    • More than 8 weeks £300 deposit
    • Within 8 weeks the full holiday cost
  7. Any cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation.
  8. We will require the names of all guests and contact details of the lead booker.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving reason.

Other T&Cs applicable to your booking

  1. Force majeure, we are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation due to natural events (fire, storm, flood, weather), political & special events (riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, terrorist threat/ activity, war) or any other event beyond our control.
  2. All guests should ensure they take out their own travel insurance including a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). We strongly advise that comprehensive travel insurance is take to include medical cover and to cover in the event of cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur.
  3. At the time of booking all guests should ensure that they hold valid passports and appropriate travel documents, we will not be liable for any cancellation as a result of expired or incorrect documents being held.
  4. If your booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund payments that have been made to us for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made us.
  5. The booking is limited to the number of guests listed on the booking form and must not exceed 3 anglers on the lake. No extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay without permission from us.
  6. Arrivals are from 2pm and departures at 10am local time.
  7. Acceptance of these terms and conditions includes adherence to the Lake Rules. If termination of your holiday occurs as a result of a breach of the rules or from unreasonable behaviour we hold no liability to refund your booking or compensation for any costs incurred.
  8. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or loss to the facilities or equipment provided.
